Nick Atlas is an experiential educator, dream yogi and certified iRest® yoga nidra instructor with over ten years of disciplined practice and deep spiritual inquiry. The founder of Yoga Sleep Therapy®, Nick is an accomplished artist, musician, forthcoming author and graduate of Emory University in Atlanta. He is currently earning his Ph.D. in Psychology at the University of West Georgia, and his ongoing research on lucid dreaming has been hailed as “pioneering.” www.nickatlas.com
